OUr goal

   My name is Shonta Bradley. I was born and raised here in Augusta, Ga.  I am the proud mother of my four-year-old son Caleb, and proud wife of my amazing husband of 18 years  Jermaine Bradley. I am beyond elated and honored that God has used me as a vessel to sew into out community of “at risk” girls.  I am passionate about helping people, but my heart’s desire is children. I have been blessed to work with  children through my time with RCBOE and through Social Services both CSRA EOA Head Start and my  current position. It has been a ministry to sew into families and young girls the word of God and Hope of  tomorrow.  It is undeniable, my favorite color is BLUE! My favorite food is Chinese, my favorite local restaurant is  Miyako’s and my all-time favorite past time is spending time with my family!  I am excited about the mission and purpose of Because, Butterflies R’ Blue and look forward to partnering  with Tish and our team to make a difference in our community. 

  My name is Letitia DeChant. I was born and raised right here in Augusta, Ga. I am a loving mother of five beautiful children, and a devoted wife to my amazing and supportive husband of  15 years Thomas DeChant. My heart’s desire is working with children and my ministry has blessed me with the opportunity to work with  so many children and to be able to both love on and nurture them as my own. I love people! I love children! and I love to serve others. My favorite color is blue, my favorite food is sushi, and my all-time favorite pastime is watching reality tv…  lol!!! Partnering with Shonta through Because, Butterflies R’ Blue gives me the opportunity to use my ministry with someone I share core values with. Our mission is simple…..servant leadership
